Good stuff, made fresh. Highly recommended. For a mall food court place, it's solid. Large amount of food for the price. Healthier option than some of the trash surrounding it. I believe people with mental issues are allowed to eat here also.

Came by and picked up a chicken bento box which came with yam fries, a salad and 6 California rolls. The chicken and rice were decently good for a food court. Yam fries, salad and cali rolls weren't very good. Waited about 5 minutes for the food, and with a drink cost me about $14 total. Standard customer service.

Horrible experience. When I told them I was allergic to egg and asked them for no sauce, they did not accomadate and refused to change the order. Will not be returning, and now understand why it is avoided at the mall.

Umi Teriyaki and Sushi in the Rideau Centre provided me with the worst customer service I've experienced.
Even though my daughter and I ordered our bubble teas separately, they somehow merged our orders into one beverage. When I told them we ordered two beverages, instead of apologizing and ringing up the second transaction, they argued with me and insisted I only ordered one. At this point I decided since they did not want to make another sale, I would look for bubble tea elsewhere where I wouldn't have to argue about it.
I suggest you all do the same. -

I got food poisoning from this place. Stay away!!! I reported them to the city of Ottawa about this. To the owner: if you threaten Yelp with legal action, I will sue YOU for removing this advert. I was a loyal customer until you served me badly prepared food. I have not eaten sushi since your food made me violently ill.
